At Catalyst Media Co., we are committed to providing high-quality services that meet your expectations. Our fulfillment policy outlines the terms and processes for delivering our services to ensure a seamless experience.
Service Delivery
Catalyst Media Co. specializes in digital marketing, web development and design, brand management, social media marketing, and fractional executive assisting. Our services are customized to meet the specific needs of each client, and timelines for deliverables will be outlined in the service agreement or project proposal.
Project Initiation:

- Once a service agreement (proposal or invoice) is paid, we will begin with a comprehensive onboarding process to gather all necessary details and materials from you.
- A project timeline and milestones will be shared with you to track progress.
Fulfillment of Services:

- Deliverables will be provided as outlined in the agreed-upon project scope.
- Services are delivered digitally via Google Drive unless otherwise specified.
- Regular updates and status reports will be shared with you during the project lifecycle.
Revisions and Adjustments:

- We aim to ensure complete client satisfaction. Any revisions or adjustments needed will be addressed per the terms of the agreement.
Payment Terms
- Full or partial payment may be required upfront based on the service agreement.
- Payment methods accepted include credit cards, bank transfers, or payment gateways powered by Stripe and PayPal in USD.
- Invoices and receipts will be sent via email after payment is processed upon request.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation of monthly services or project contracts must be requested in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees, depending on the stage of the project.
- Refunds will be issued only in cases where services have not been rendered or where specified in the service agreement.
- Please note that digital services already delivered are non-refundable.
